We use and maintain the following specialty equipment:

∙ Propane buffer (2000 RPM) – used to bring wet look to floors.
∙ High Speed Buffer (1800 RPM) – used to maintain high gloss shine to floors
∙ Rotary Scrubber (175 RPM) – to strip and deep scrub floors.
∙ Carpet Steam Cleaner – used to extract dirt and stains from carpet and upholstery.
∙ 3,000 PSI Hot/Cold Pressure Washer – hot used for degreasing, cold for cleaning  
  buildings, sidewalks and driveways.
∙ Upright Vacuum Cleaner – used to remover dirt from carpet.
∙ Backpack Vacuum Cleaner – used for high dusting, vents, blinds, stairs, upholstery  
  and machinery.

Cleaning is performed in clockwise order from top to bottom with the following set routine: trash collection, restroom sanitation, office detailing and floor maintenance. Office detailing includes spot cleaning walls, high and low dusting, cleaning windows and window ledges. Floor maintenance includes vacuuming and spot cleaning all carpeted areas, dust mopping and damp mopping all ceramic and resilient floors.
